top.radio respects the privacy of its users. This policy describes what data is collected and how it is used.

The service uses only technically necessary cookies and localStorage. We do not use advertising or analytics trackers.

3. localStorage

The following data is stored locally in the user's browser and is not transmitted to the server:

• wvln_theme — selected theme (auto/light/dark).
• wvln_favs — list of favorite stations.
• wvln_history — listening history.
• wvln_lang — selected interface language.

4. Feedback Data

When submitting the feedback form, we store the name, email, message, and IP address in the database. This data is used only to process the request and is not shared with third parties.

5. IP Addresses

IP addresses are logged only when submitting the feedback form and for spam protection (rate limiting). We do not use IP addresses to track users.

6. Third Parties

The service does not share user data with third parties. Radio streams are provided by third-party stations — their privacy policies may differ.

7. User Rights (GDPR)

Users have the right to:

• Access their data (via the feedback form).
• Delete data (clearing localStorage in the browser; requesting deletion of feedback records).
• Opt out of data storage (by not submitting the feedback form).
